A Doozey

There’s a doozey I forgot to mention
To say, it’s delicate to lose yourself
In her eyes like neon bluebonnets,
and her hair like lush wheat,
To forget the meaning of Self,
for the meaning Of Her.
To substitute one ambiguity
for the fuzzy warmth of another
(body against your trembling security).
